TP Spain busca incorporar un/a Técnico/a de Soporte Informático en Oficina para reforzar su equipo de tecnología. Esta posición está orientada a profesionales con experiencia en soporte técnico de primer nivel, mantenimiento de equipos y redes, y gestión de incidencias en entornos corporativos. Si tienes conocimientos sólidos en sistemas Windows, redes locales, herramientas de administración como Active Directory y Azure, y te apasiona ofrecer soluciones eficientes a los usuarios, ¡queremos conocerte!

Requirements

Funciones principales:

  • Proporcionar soporte técnico a usuarios finales en el entorno de oficina.
  • Mantenimiento y gestión tecnológica de los puestos de trabajo.
  • Despliegue de políticas de seguridad, actualizaciones y controles de seguridad lógica.
  • Instalación y configuración de software básico y de aplicación.
  • Configuración de redes locales cableadas, inalámbricas o mixtas conectadas a redes públicas.
  • Instalación, configuración y mantenimiento de servicios multiusuario, aplicaciones y dispositivos compartidos.
  • Montaje y configuración de ordenadores y periféricos.
  • Gestión de la logística asociada a operaciones de instalación, configuración y mantenimiento de sistemas microinformáticos.
  • Diagnóstico de disfunciones en sistemas y redes mediante pruebas funcionales.
  • Mantenimiento y configuración de equipos informáticos, electrónica de red y sistemas de comunicación de datos.
  • Gestión de incidencias técnicas y mantenimiento de sistemas (correo, carpetas de usuario, etc.).
  • Resolución de incidencias técnicas de la unidad de negocio.
  • Soporte de primera línea para problemas relacionados con software, hardware, portátiles e impresoras.
  • Gestión de vulnerabilidades de software.
  • Cumplimiento de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA) y nivel operativo (OLA), garantizando la satisfacción del usuario.

Perfil requerido:

  • Nivel medio/avanzado en el manejo del paquete Microsoft Office.
  • Nivel C2 de español, mínimo B1 de inglés.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en:
  • Hardware y software.
  • Sistemas operativos Windows y ChromeOS.
  • Administración de redes locales en entorno Windows.
  • Directorio Activo y Azure.
  • Configuración y gestión de aplicaciones cliente.
  • Consolas de antivirus y WSUS.
  • Dominio de herramientas y servicios de Internet.

Benefits

  • Contrato temporal de 3 meses. (Posibilidad de prorrogar otros 3)
  • Jornada Completa a 39h/s. Horario de 9 a 18h de Lunes a Viernes (aunque por la naturaleza del trabajo, puede ser necesario trabajar fuera de este horario si un servicio o actuación lo requiere, siempre avisando con suficiente antelación)
  • Trabajo presencial en nuestros centros de Barcelona (World Trade Center/Interface/Diagonal/Roc Boronat)
  • Salario 21.000€ brutos/año.
  • Contratación por Majorel SP.
