The posting

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) expert(e) en Talent Acquisition pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique chez Interface. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de l'ensemble du processus d'acquisition de talents, de l'attraction des candidats à leur intégration dans l'entreprise. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les départements opérationnels pour comprendre leurs besoins en matière de personnel et élaborer des stratégies de recrutement efficaces adaptées à chaque poste.

Responsabilités :

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'acquisition de talents alignées sur les objectifs de l'entreprise.
  • Concevoir des fiches de poste attrayantes et publier des annonces sur divers portails de recrutement.
  • Sourcer, préqualifier et évaluer les candidats pour différents postes via des entretiens et des évaluations.
  • Maintenir une base de données de candidats qualifiés pour des recrutements futurs.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes RH pour garantir une expérience positive aux candidats tout au long du processus de sélection.
  • Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance relatifs aux recrutements et proposer des améliorations.
  • Rester à l'écoute des tendances du marché du travail afin d'ajuster nos stratégies d'acquisition de talents.

Requirements

  • Diplôme en Ressources Humaines, Gestion ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience avérée dans un rôle similaire en acquisition de talents (minimum 2 à 4 ans).
  • Compétences solides en communication et en évaluation des candidats.
  • Maîtrise des outils de recrutement et des technologies RH.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et à collaborer avec divers départements.
  • Connaissance des lois sur l'emploi et des meilleures pratiques en matière de recrutement.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais est un atout.
