Interface est à la recherche d'un(e) Talent Acquisition Consultant passionné(e) et motivé(e) pour renforcer notre équipe dédiée à l'acquisition de talents. Dans ce rôle essentiel, vous serez responsable de l'identification, de l'attraction et de la sélection des meilleurs talents pour répondre aux besoins de nos clients. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les départements internes et les clients externes pour comprendre les exigences du poste et promouvoir notre offre unique.

Responsabilités :

  • Gérer l'ensemble du processus de recrutement, de la rédaction des descriptions de poste à l'intégration des nouveaux employés.
  • Développer des stratégies de sourcing créatives pour attirer des candidats diversifiés et qualifiés.
  • Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients et les candidats tout au long du processus de recrutement.
  • Effectuer des entretiens en profondeur et évaluer les compétences et les qualifications des candidats.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de RH et les responsables hiérarchiques pour définir les attentes en matière de recrutement.
  • Utiliser des outils de suivi des candidatures pour gérer efficacement le pipeline de recrutement.
  • Rester informé des tendances du marché du travail et des meilleures pratiques en matière de recrutement.

Requirements

  • Diplôme en Ressources Humaines, Gestion, Psychologie ou domaine connexe.
  • 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans le recrutement, de préférence en tant que Consultant en acquisition de talents.
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en communication verbale et écrite.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs priorités en même temps.
  • Connaissance approfondie des outils de recrutement et des plateformes de sourcing.
  • Éthique professionnelle solide et engagement envers la satisfaction des clients.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais est un plus.
