About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team on a 6-month contract. You will support our growing hiring needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of business and corporate functions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with hiring managers and taking ownership of recruitment from sourcing through offer.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and pre-onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, candidate profiles and recruitment priorities.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess experience, motivation, culture fit and suitability for the role.
- Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and upcoming hiring needs.
- Drive timely candidate and interview feedback from hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Provide hiring managers with market insights and recommendations to support effective hiring decisions.
- Manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process, including compensation discussions and offer negotiations.
- Ensure recruitment activities and candidate information are accurately maintained in the ATS/Workable.
- Support and promote the Employee Referral Programme to strengthen internal referral pipelines.
- Assist with reference checks, recruitment documentation and other pre-employment requirements.
- Support recruitment reporting and other TA/HR initiatives where required.
Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, either in-house or agency.
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
- Confident communicator who is comfortable working directly with hiring managers and candidates.
- Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency and follow-through.
- Familiarity with Workable or other ATS platforms would be advantageous.
- Available to commit to a 6-month contract.
What Success Looks Like
You will help us build a structured and efficient hiring pipeline, improve turnaround time and candidate experience, and work closely with hiring managers to drive quality hiring outcomes rather than simply coordinating the recruitment process.
