CONTEXTE :

Le siège de Handicap International à Lyon réunit des fonctions support, des fonctions techniques ainsi que les « métiers humanitaires » dédiées au support de nos missions terrain. Les salariés expatriés occupent quant à eux des fonctions supports, techniques et généralistes (administrateurs, chefs de projets, Directeurs de programme etc.). Le recrutement de nos salariés contractualisés dans nos pays d’intervention sont directement effectués par les missions elles-mêmes.

OBJECTIFS DU POSTE :

Au sein d’une équipe soudée et solidaire de 10 collaborateurs (dont 6 Talent Acquisition Officers), et sous la responsabilité du Talent Acquisition & Development Manager, vous prenez en charge des missions variées dans un environnement international :

· Le recrutement de collaborateurs Siège et Terrain pour un périmètre de fonctions défini ( dans un 1er temps activité de Réadaptation et de Sécurité), en collaboration étroite avec les référents métiers et dans un souci de développement et suivi de votre vivier de candidats ;

· La gestion de la mobilité du personnel siège et expatriés ;

· L’appui à la visibilité employeur ainsi que la communication RH ;

· La participation à différents projets RH.

Requirements

Vous justifiez d’une expérience en recrutement et souhaitez rejoindre un environnement riche de sens, conciliant urgences opérationnelles et sujets de fond ? Vous êtes proactif, agile, avec de bonnes aptitudes de communication en français tout comme en anglais ? Vous savez travailler avec les outils collaboratifs ? Rejoignez-nous !

Une expérience dans le domaine humanitaire serait appréciée.

ACCESSIBILITE DU LIEU DE TRAVAIL :

Les locaux sont facilement accessibles en transports en commun (bus, métro). Un parking voitures et un parc à vélos sont également à disposition. Au sein du bâtiment, des rampes d'accès et ascenseurs garantissent une meilleure circulation. Tous les postes de travail sont situés en Open Space mais des box sont disponibles à chaque étage pour travailler dans le calme si nécessaire. L’espace de travail est très lumineux.

Une référente handicap est présente pour répondre aux éventuelles questions et vous accompagner dans vos démarches. En fonction de vos besoins, le poste peut être aménagé.
