【職務内容】

このポジションはタレントチームに属し、事業計画達成のための人材採用における要件定義、採用戦略の策定、母集団形成、採用プロセスの実行などの幅広い役割を担います。採用戦略の立案から人材獲得までをリードできる方、また、事業責任者と積極的にコミュニケーションを取りながら、プロセス改善や新たな採用手法の企画・実行をスピード感を持って推進できる方を募集しています。

  • 人材採用の全体戦略立案
  • 戦略を元にした人材獲得の実行
  • 採用プロセスの改善 / 新たな採用手法の企画・実行
  • 事業責任者やその他社内関係者との採用に係るコミュニケーション
  • その他採用プログラムの企画、実行

Requirements

必須要件

  • 2年以上の採用業務経験、または類似した経験
  • 採用戦略策定から実行をリードした経験
  • 高いコミュニケーション能力
  • 不確定な環境を前向きに捉え、柔軟に対応し、やり切る力
  • 社内外関係者との交渉能力
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語力
