Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and assessing high quality candidates that match client requirements. This role requires someone who is detail oriented, proactive, and skilled in managing end to end recruitment processes. You will help ensure that clients are matched with the right talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
  • Prepare and post job ads across various platforms and talent networks
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS or recruitment tracker
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Recommend process improvements and contribute to recruitment strategy development

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR functions
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation
  • Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable working in fast paced environments
  • Experience hiring for remote or offshore roles is an advantage
