Rituali, Divisione Lifestyle di Ali Professional, ricerca un/a Talent Acquisition Specialist per un prestigioso Hotel 5 stelle Lusso in Toscana.

Responsabilità:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Gestione dell'intero processo di selezione, dall'analisi dei fabbisogni con i Capi Reparto alla stesura e pubblicazione degli annunci, screening CV, colloqui e offerta finale. Gestione dei rapporti con agenzie per il lavoro e creazione di un database talenti.
  • Employer Branding & Partnership: Rappresentanza dell'azienda in occasione di Career Fair, Open Day ed eventi universitari. Sviluppo di relazioni strategiche con scuole e istituti per promuovere l'azienda e attrarre nuovi talenti.
  • Gestione Alloggi Aziendali: Pianificazione, assegnazione e gestione operativa delle camere per il personale stagionale e permanente. Gestione dei contratti di locazione, delle comunicazioni logistiche e della risoluzione delle criticità in raccordo con dipendenti e proprietari.
  • Brand Ambassador & Onboarding: Promozione attiva dei valori e della cultura di Castiglion del Bosco, garantendo un'esperienza eccellente e riservata per i candidati e coordinando l'inserimento dei nuovi assunti.

Cosa cerchiamo:

  • Competenze di Selezione: Solida esperienza o conoscenza nelle dinamiche di ricerca e selezione del personale, preferibilmente maturata in contesti di hotellerie di lusso.
  • Competenze Relazionali & Networking: Spiccata attitudine alla comunicazione, empatia e capacità di interagire con interlocutori interni ed esterni.
  • Organizzazione e Problem Solving: Capacità di gestire contemporaneamente processi di selezione ed esigenze logistiche gestionali, mantenendo massima precisione e riservatezza nei dati.
  • Flessibilità e Doti di Rappresentanza: Disponibilità a presenziare a eventi esterni e forte aderenza ai valori di un brand di alto livello.

Cosa offriamo

  • Inserimento diretto in azienda tramite CCNL Federturismo al livello C1 con retribuzione lorda mensile pari a 2100,00 euro.
  • Contratto iniziale a tempo determinato 12 mesi, con inizio a gennaio 2027.
