About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Zeus Hotels & Resorts by attracting and hiring exceptional talent across our growing portfolio in Greece. Your mission is to identify the right people, build meaningful candidate experiences, and support our hotels in creating high-performing teams.

With strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for people, you will transform recruitment into a strategic advantage that drives our continued success.

Life Inside the Hotel Group

Every recruitment journey is different. Some days are dedicated to sourcing talent, conducting interviews, and building candidate pipelines. Others involve collaborating with hotel managers, supporting hiring decisions, attending career events, or strengthening our employer brand.

In this fast-paced and people-driven environment, you will be the connection between talented professionals and exciting career opportunities within one of Southern Europe's fastest-growing hospitality groups.

What you'll do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across the hotel group
  • Partner with department heads and hotel managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct search
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate all stages of the recruitment and selection process
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for seasonal and permanent positions
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports, databases, and hiring metrics
  • Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and university partnerships
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices

We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is passionate about finding the right talent.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Has 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally within hospitality or another service-oriented industry
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is highly organized and able to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Has excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken
  • Is confident using recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office
  • Has a proactive, positive, and collaborative mindset
  • Is willing to travel within Greece when required
