Per la sede di Milano, stiamo cercando un/a Talent Acquisition Specialist che possa unirsi al nostro team e che sia anche pronto/a a supportare l'intero processo di recruiting, dalla definizione del profilo alla selezione dei candidati, crescendo all'interno di un team dinamico e cross-country.

Attività principali:

· Gestione end-to-end di processi di selezione per ruoli diversi, dalla pubblicazione degli annunci allo screening dei CV;

· Sourcing attivo di candidati su LinkedIn Recruiter e altri canali di recruiting;

· Organizzazione e conduzione di colloqui telefonici e video di prima selezione;

· Supporto nella gestione delle piattaforme di recruiting (es. Workable) e nell'aggiornamento dei relativi database;

· Collaborazione con gli hiring manager per la definizione dei profili ricercati e il monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento delle selezioni;

· Contributo a progetti di employer branding e comunicazione HR.

Requirements

Requisiti:

· Laurea in discipline umanistiche o affini;

· 0-1 anno di esperienza in ambito HR/recruiting, anche maturata tramite stage o tirocini;

· Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; gradita conoscenza dello spagnolo o del francese;

· Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative;

· Precisione, proattività e attitudine al lavoro in team;

· Buona dimestichezza con i principali strumenti informatici (Excel, LinkedIn).
