組織・チームのミッション

メルカリグループの組織人材開発（OTD）チームは、グループミッション「あらゆる価値を循環させ、あらゆる人の可能性を広げる」の実現に向けて、経営戦略と一体になったタレントマネジメントを推進します。

本ポジションは、重要ポストおよび次世代リーダーに関するサクセッションプランニングを中核に、タレントレビュー、アセスメント、育成、配置・登用をつなぐ“仕組み（基盤）”を設計・運用し、再現性ある形で経営の意思決定を支えることがミッションです。

また、AI時代に活躍する人材像の定義や、タレントデータの利活用、業務プロセスへのAI活用を通じて、意思決定の質とスピードを高めるタレントマネジメントの実践をリードします。

業務内容

  • サクセッションプランニング（後継者育成計画）の設計・運用（中核領域）
  • 重要ポストの定義、および各ポストに求められる要件（リーダーシップ/コンピテンシー等）の設計
  • タレントレビューの枠組み/場（会議体・プロセス）設計とファシリテーション、意思決定支援
  • アセスメント（360度、各種ツール等）の活用方針設計と運用、結果の解釈・活用支援
  • 候補者ごとの育成戦略/育成計画（IDP）の設計ガイドライン策定と、実行支援（上長・関係者連携）
  • 次世代リーダー育成の企画・推進
  • 選抜育成プログラム、エグゼクティブ・コーチング、タフアサインメント等の設計・導入
  • メンター/スポンサーシップ等の仕組み設計と運用
  • プログラムの効果測定（KPI設計、定性/定量での振り返り）と改善
  • タレントマネジメント基盤（仕組み・データ・運用）の設計・高度化
  • タレントデータ（スキル/経験/パフォーマンス/ポテンシャル等）の整備方針、データ品質/入力運用の設計
  • スキル/キャリア情報の可視化、戦略配置・登用に向けた意思決定材料の設計
  • タレントマネジメントに関する制度・プロセスの標準化（例：レビューサイクル、定義、ガイド、テンプレート）
  • HRシステム/ツールの活用方針の整理と、関係チームと連携した運用設計（※システム“運用担当”に閉じない）
  • ステークホルダーマネジメント/ガバナンス
  • 経営陣、各組織責任者、HRBP等と連携し、論点整理・合意形成をリード
  • 守秘性の高いタレント情報を扱う上でのガバナンス設計と運用
  • そのほか
  • OTD領域の関連プロジェクトへの参画（※本ポジションの主な領域はタレントマネジメント領域となります）

  • 経営陣と近い距離で、重要ポストの後継者計画や登用・配置に関する意思決定を支える“タレントマネジメントのOS（仕組み）”を設計・運用できます。
  • グローバルで多様なバックグラウンドを持つ人材（50カ国超）が在籍する環境で、Inclusion & Diversityを前提にしたサクセッション/育成/配置の設計・実装に取り組めます。
  • AI-Nativeな組織づくりに向けて、タレントデータの利活用や業務プロセスへのAI活用を通じ、意思決定の質とスピードを引き上げる挑戦ができます。

応募要件

  • 求める経験・スキル
  • 事業会社またはコンサルティングファーム等における、タレントマネジメント/組織人材開発領域の実務経験（目安：3年以上）
  • サクセッションプランニング、またはタレントレビュー/アセスメントを活用した選抜・育成の設計/運用経験
  • 経営陣・組織責任者を含む多様なステークホルダーと協働し、論点整理と合意形成をリードした経験
  • 定性/定量データをもとに課題設定し、仕組み（プロセス・ガイド・KPI等）へ落とし込み、運用改善まで推進した経験
  • 守秘性の高い情報を適切に取り扱い、ガバナンスを意識して業務を推進できること
  • AIツール等を活用して業務の生産性/意思決定の質を高めた経験、またはその推進経験
  • 歓迎する経験・スキル
  • タレントマネジメント基盤（スキル情報整備、データ設計、レビューサイクル標準化、HRシステム活用等）の設計・高度化経験
  • グローバル環境での就業経験、または英語での会議ファシリテーション/合意形成経験
  • 人材アセスメント/心理測定、コンピテンシー設計、コーチング等に関する専門性
  • HRBP等、他のHR領域との協働を通じて組織課題解決を推進した経験
  • 語学力
  • 日本語：Proficient (CEFR – C1)
  • 英語：Independent (CEFR – B2) 歓迎
