An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Tax Preparer to join a respected and growing accounting environment in Hollywood, Florida. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented tax professional who enjoys working with a diverse client portfolio and thrives in a collaborative, client-focused setting.

The successful candidate will prepare and review a variety of individual and business tax returns while ensuring compliance with federal and state tax regulations. The role also involves working directly with clients, analyzing financial information, identifying tax-saving opportunities, and supporting the wider accounting team during busy tax periods.

This position offers strong long-term career growth potential along with hybrid work flexibility following the onboarding and training period.

Requirements

  • Multiple years of tax preparation experience required
  • Experience preparing individual and business tax returns
  • Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • CPA designation advantageous but not required
