Boston Speech Therapy is a woman- and SLP-owned company serving the education space with a strong commitment to therapist advocacy and sustainable caseloads. We believe great client outcomes start with giving clinicians the support, structure, and professional respect they need to do their best work. Our team is built around thoughtful care, practical collaboration, and a focus on high-quality services.

In this role, you will help students build communication skills that support learning, confidence, and participation in the school environment. You will play an important part in shaping individualized care, partnering closely with families and school-based collaborators, and contributing to a clinical approach that values both strong outcomes and strong therapist support.

  • Potentially work with students from elementary and high school.
  • 20 children per caseload.

School based position

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education of the Deaf or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Valid Massachusetts Teacher of the Deaf License.
  • Experience teaching students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
  • Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and knowledge of auditory-verbal techniques.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
  • Ability to develop and adapt instructional materials to meet individual student needs.

Benefits
