Als Team Lead Acquiring (m/w/d) gestaltest du die Weiterentwicklung unseres Acquiring-Geschäfts aktiv mit und treibst den Ausbau unserer E-Commerce-Acquiring-Strategie voran. Du verbindest tiefgehende Markt- und Payment-Expertise mit unternehmerischem Denken und entwickelst Lösungen, die einen nachhaltigen Beitrag zum Unternehmenserfolg leisten. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit internen Fachbereichen, internationalen Stakeholdern und strategischen Partnern zusammen. Gleichzeitig übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Acquiring-Teams und prägst die zukünftige Ausrichtung des Bereichs maßgeblich mit.

Requirements

🚀 Dein Gestaltungsspielraum:

  • Portfolio-Verantwortung: Du verantwortest die strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres Acquiring-Portfolios mit Fokus auf Kreditkarten-Acquiring, girocard sowie Alternative Payment Methods wie Alipay oder WeChat Pay.
  • E-Commerce-Ausbau: Du treibst den Aufbau und Launch unserer E-Commerce-Acquiring-Lösungen voran und unterstützt die Erweiterung des bestehenden Portfolios.
  • Pricing & Profitabilität: Du steuerst Preis- und Margenmodelle, analysierst Geschäftsentwicklungen und identifizierst Potenziale zur nachhaltigen Verbesserung der Profitabilität.
  • Kunden- & Stakeholdermanagement: Du agierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für Key Accounts und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern.
  • Führung & Weiterentwicklung: Du coachst das Acquiring-Team durch deine fachliche Expertise, steuerst strategische Projekte und entwickelst Prozesse sowie Standards kontinuierlich weiter.

💫 Dein Know-How:

  • Ausbildung: Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Finanzen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Berufserfahrung: Du bringst mindestens acht Jahre Berufserfahrung im Payment-Umfeld mit, idealerweise im Bereich Kreditkarten-Acquiring, E-Commerce-Payments oder bei einem Payment Service Provider.
  • Acquiring-Expertise: Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Kreditkarten-Acquiring, im Austausch mit den Card Schemes sowie im Bereich girocard und E-Commerce-Payment-Lösungen.
  • Markt- & Produktverständnis: Erfahrungen im Aufbau von Acquiring-Portfolios, mit neuen Payment-Schemes oder innovativen Lösungen sind ein Plus.
  • Persönlichkeit & Führung: Du überzeugst durch hohe Eigenmotivation, analytische Stärke, unternehmerisches Denken, einen kooperativen Führungsstil sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Der Umgang mit modernen KI-Tools wie Microsoft Copilot ist dir vertraut.
