Als Team Lead Facility & Office Management (m/w/d) sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Mitarbeitenden optimale Rahmenbedingungen vorfinden und sich auf das Wesentliche konzentrieren können. Du verantwortest den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Gebäude und technischen Einrichtungen, stellst die Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards sicher und entwickelst unsere Facility-Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team und externen Dienstleistenden schaffst du eine sichere, effiziente und attraktive Arbeitsumgebung. Dabei agierst du als zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Facility-Themen und arbeitest eng mit unterschiedlichsten Fachbereichen zusammen.

Requirements

🚀 Dein Gestaltungsspielraum:

  • Facility Management: Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für alle Facility- und Office-Management-Themen an unserem Standort und stellst einen reibungslosen Betrieb sicher.
  • Führung & Koordination: Du führst und koordinierst das Facility-Team und sorgst für eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit.
  • Arbeitsschutz & Sicherheit: Du verantwortest die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben, Sicherheitsstandards sowie Maßnahmen im Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz.
  • Objektbetreuung & Projekte: Du planst und steuerst Modernisierungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Umbauprojekte und begleitest diese bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.
  • Dienstleistermanagement: Du steuerst externe Partner, koordinierst Wartungen und Reparaturen und optimierst Prozesse sowie Ressourcen kontinuierlich.

💫 Dein Know-How:

  • Ausbildung: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Bezug zum Facility Management.
  • Berufserfahrung: Du bringst mindestens fünf Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Facility Management, Gebäudemanagement oder Projektmanagement mit.
  • Fachkompetenz: Du konntest bereits fundierte Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Gebäudebetrieb, Instandhaltung, Arbeitssicherheit und Dienstleistersteuerung sammeln.
  • Tools & Systeme: Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office und idealerweise mit Dokumentenmanagementsystemen wie ELO.
  • Persönlichkeit: Du überzeugst durch Organisationsstärke, ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, souveräne Kommunikation auf allen Unternehmensebenen sowie eine pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. Erfahrungen in Umbauprojekten sind ein Plus.
