Deine Aufgaben als Teamleiter Marketing (m/w/d)

  • Strategie: Du entwickelst und setzt ganzheitliche Marketing- und Kommunikationsstrategien um, die die Unternehmensziele unterstützen.
  • Kampagnenmanagement: Du planst, koordinierst und überwachst alle Marketingmaßnahmen – insbesondere digitale Kampagnen.
  • Teamleitung: Du führst und entwickelst ein motiviertes Marketingteam.
  • Corporate Identity: Du stellst sicher, dass die Unternehmens-CI auf allen Kanälen einheitlich umgesetzt wird.
  • Budget & Erfolgskontrolle: Du planst Budgets, kontrollierst sie und berichtest über den ROI der Marketingaktivitäten.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, Agenturen und Freelancern zusammen.

Requirements

Das bringst Du mit

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise auch in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in digitalen Marketingkanälen und -tools.
  • Führungserfahrung und die Fähigkeit, Dein Team zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Analytisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Organisationstalent.
