un/una:

Team leader – Consulenti Applicativi Paghe

Cerchiamo un Team Leader carismatico ed empatico che sappia guidare il nostro team di professionisti verso il successo. La figura ideale verrà inserita nel team che si occupa dello sviluppo delle paghe. Preferibilmente deve aver già maturato 2-3 anni di esperienza nella gestione di team ed è capace di motivare, coordinare e supportare il proprio gruppo per raggiungere obiettivi aziendali ambiziosi.

Responsabilità principali:

• Guidare e motivare un team multidisciplinare per raggiungere obiettivi di vendita e assistenza.

• Coordinare le attività quotidiane del team, assicurando il rispetto delle scadenze e dei KPI.

• Promuovere un ambiente di lavoro collaborativo e positivo, favorendo lo sviluppo professionale dei

membri del team.

• Assicurare una comunicazione chiara ed efficace tra il team e le altre aree aziendali.

• Partecipare attivamente alla definizione delle strategie di vendita e all'ottimizzazione dei processi.

• Fornire supporto operativo e formazione continua al team per garantire la conoscenza approfondita

del prodotto e delle esigenze del cliente.

Requirements

Requisiti:

• 2-3 anni di esperienza nella gestione di team, preferibilmente nel settore IT o software.

• Conoscenza avanzata su Paghe ed elaborazioni di cedolini

• È gradita una conoscenza del software di Paghe Zucchetti

• Conoscenza sulla gestione di logiche di consulenza e assistenza ICT

• Conoscenze, anche base, di SQL e analisi del dato

• Ottime capacità di leadership e gestione delle risorse umane.

• Forte predisposizione alla comunicazione e al problem solving.

• Capacità di creare un clima positivo e motivante per il team.

• Empatia e attenzione alle esigenze sia del team che dei clienti.

• Conoscenza del mercato dei software per la gestione del personale o settori affini sarà considerata

un plus.
