The posting

TP Spain, certificada como Great Place to Work, te ofrece la oportunidad de unirte como TEAM LEADER a un equipo sólido de Atención al cliente dentro de la principal Compañía tecnológica multinacional líder en comercio electrónico y servicios digitales.

El servicio dará soporte inicialmente en primera línea, a través de teléfono, chat e email, a las consultas generales de clientes sobre pedidos, cuentas y procesos de compra. Posteriormente estará operativa la segunda línea, orientada a la resolución de consultas técnicas relacionadas con dispositivos y servicios digitales como Alexa, Prime Video, Kindle, Fire TV, entre otros.

Responsabilidades

  • Cumplimiento de la metodología y soporte en la gestión del proyecto
  • Control de Fase de Acogida/ Bienvenida de agentes.
  • Gestión de presencia, permisos y vacaciones
  • Monitorizaciones de los agentes para el seguimiento de la calidad.
  • Motivación y soporte del equipo.
  • Gestión y resolución de incidencias.
  • Detección de necesidades formativas en el equipo.
  • Medición de variables cuantitativas y cualitativas asociadas al puesto.
  • Medición de aspectos actitudinales (cumplimiento de normas e instrucciones de trabajo, puntualidad, absentismo, rotación, etc.).
  • Formación de agentes en procedimientos, herramientas y argumentarios de la Campaña.
  • Gestión administrativa y elaboración de informes

Requirements

  • IMPRESCINDIBLE GALLEGO a nivel nativo o mínimo C1.
  • IMPRESCINDIBLE Residencia en Galicia.
  • IMPRESCINDIBLE Experiencia mínima de 6 meses (preferentemente 1 año) como coordinador/a en call center.
  • Conocimiento medio/alto de Google Sheets (hoja de cálculo de Google) y Excel.
  • Manejo de CRM y herramientas propias de coordinación.
  • Adaptabilidad: Capacidad demostrada para desenvolverse con éxito en un entorno dinámico y adaptarse a los cambios, manteniendo siempre los más altos estándares de calidad.
  • Liderazgo orientado a resultados y a la mejora continua.
  • Comunicación asertiva, clara y adaptada a distintos perfiles.
  • Capacidad para gestionar conflictos, mediar y resolver incidencias del equipo.
  • Organización, priorización y gestión del tiempo.
  • Orientación al detalle y rigor en el seguimiento de procesos.
  • Capacidad de toma de decisiones, con decisión y resolución.
  • Habilidad para dar feedback constructivo y realizar sesiones de coaching.
  • Capacidad para motivar al equipo y fomentar el trabajo colaborativo.
  • Capacidad de análisis y síntesis.

Benefits

  • Empleo a jornada completa. 39 horas semanales de Lunes a Viernes.
  • Contrato indefinido. Incorporación el 16/11/2026.
  • Horario partido con 1h de 10h - 19h (preferente) o de 9h-18h.
  • Salario según convenio Contact Center para puesto de coordinador: 18.707,27 € brutos /año (1.558,94 €brutos /mes).
  • Trabajo 100% remoto desde Galicia (Te enviamos el ordenador, monitor, cascos, ratón a casa).
