We are looking for a Team Leader, Housekeeping to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will coordinate and supervise the daily operation of the Housekeeping team, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet hotel standards while supporting the team and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise the daily work of the Housekeeping team.
  • Inspect the cleanliness and preparation of guest rooms and public areas before release.
  • Allocate daily tasks, monitor completion and maintain compliance with hotel cleanliness and Brand Standards.
  • Train and support new team members and provide guidance during daily operations.
  • Monitor the use and availability of linen, amenities, cleaning products and other supplies.
  • Report issues, damages and shortages to the Housekeeping Manager and coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance and other departments to resolve them promptly.
  • Manage unexpected needs and schedule changes while maintaining all hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements

  • IEK qualification or two-year technical qualification in Hospitality, Housekeeping or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role in a hotel of a comparable category.
  • Good knowledge of housekeeping techniques, procedures and standards.
  • Good knowledge of English and hotel systems, including Opera PMS and Marriott systems such as GXP and MGS.
  • Strong supervisory and delegation skills, with the ability to allocate tasks according to occupancy and daily operational needs.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and make effective decisions.
  • Guest-focused, proactive and adaptable, with strong communication skills and the ability to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
