Als Teamleider Bloedafname geef je dagelijks leiding aan 20 - 25 medewerkers bloedafname. Aan jou de taak hen te ondersteunen, inspireren en motiveren en zo het beste uit zichzelf te halen. Tegelijkertijd waarborg je het operationele proces. Je krijgt de vrijheid en het vertrouwen om met jouw visie te zorgen voor onderlinge verbinding, persoonlijke ontwikkeling en een prettige werkomgeving.

Coachend leidinggeven en de operatie waarborgen

Als Teamleider Bloedafname straal je toegankelijkheid uit en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je teamleden. Je bent duidelijk in je communicatie en stuurt bij wanneer nodig. Als geen ander weet jij wat er speelt binnen jouw team. Door het geven van verantwoordelijkheid en vertrouwen motiveer je op een positieve manier.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor ziekteverzuim, jaargesprekken en het aannemen van nieuwe medewerkers binnen jouw team. Goed voorbeeld doet goed volgen. Naast je leidinggevende taken ben je zelf ook voor een deel werkzaam als medewerker bloedafname.

Daarnaast waarborg je het operationele proces en hou je zicht op de kwaliteitsnorm van onze dienstverlening. Samen met de andere teamleiders bloedafname hou je je bezig met de vraag wat er nodig is om de beste service, kwaliteit en productiviteit te bieden.

Requirements

Jouw kwaliteiten komen tot recht in een veelzijdige functie waarbij je soms snel moet schakelen. Dat vraagt om flexibiliteit en het stellen van prioriteiten. Als teamleider sta je stevig in je schoenen en durf je beslissingen te nemen. Je gaat positief en oplossingsgericht te werk en met empathisch vermogen heb je oog voor ieders individuele behoeften.

Verder heb je:

o Hbo werk- en denkniveau;

o Ervaring in leidinggeven;

o Bevoegd en bekwaam in bloedafname of de bereidheid om dit te worden;

o Rijbewijs-B en een auto tot je beschikking.

· Salaris €3463 - 4914, inschaling FWG 50 (CAO Ziekenhuizen) o.b.v. 36-urige werkweek;
