Bij Unilabs werken we elke dag aan een gezondere toekomst voor onze patiënten en hun naasten. Betrouwbare diagnostiek vormt de basis van goede zorg.

Voor ons grote, drukke laboratorium in Amsterdam zijn we op zoek naar een Teamleider Laboratoriumautomatisering. Het laboratorium beschikt over een uitgebreid geautomatiseerd traject dat essentieel is voor onze dagelijkse productie.

We zoeken een technisch sterke en mensgerichte leider die verstand heeft van laboratoriumautomatisering en de bijbehorende IT-systemen. Je zorgt voor een stabiele dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering en stuurt tegelijkertijd de verdere optimalisatie, digitalisering en ontwikkeling van het geautomatiseerde laboratorium aan.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Teamleider Laboratoriumautomatisering geef je leiding aan het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het geautomatiseerde laboratoriumproces binnen de Klinische Chemie. Je werkt nauw samen met de Laboratoriummanager, collega-teamleiders, medisch personeel, IT, technische specialisten en externe leveranciers.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

* Het leiden, coachen en ondersteunen van het team bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en voortdurende veranderingen.

* Het waarborgen van de continuïteit en een soepele werking van het automatiseringstraject.

* Het coördineren van de eerste reactie op operationele, technische en IT-gerelateerde storingen.

* Het bewaken van de workflow, kwaliteit, doorlooptijden, capaciteit en productiviteit.

* Het identificeren van knelpunten en het ondersteunen van praktische procesverbeteringen.

* Het samenwerken met IT, leveranciers en interne experts aan systeemwijzigingen, validaties en implementaties.

* Het bijdragen aan automatiserings- en digitaliseringsprojecten en tegelijkertijd zorgen voor naleving van kwaliteits- en wettelijke eisen.

U bent een verbindende leider die technische kennis combineert met sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten. U blijft kalm en gestructureerd in een complexe laboratoriumdiagnostiekomgeving en kunt onderscheid maken tussen problemen die onmiddellijke actie vereisen en verbeteringen die een langetermijnbenadering nodig hebben.

Requirements

* Een HBO-diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring, bij voorkeur in laboratoriumwetenschappen, engineering, automatisering of een gerelateerd vakgebied.

* Een gedegen kennis van klinisch-chemische laboratoriumprocessen.

* Ervaring met of sterke affiniteit voor laboratoriumautomatisering en IT-systemen, zoals LIS, middleware en analyzerinterfaces.

* Kennis van kwaliteitssystemen en principes van continue verbetering.

* Het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met laboratoriumprofessionals, IT-teams, specialisten en leveranciers.

* Een proactieve en gestructureerde aanpak met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

* Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels.
