募集概要 IoT プラットフォーム SORACOM は、現在世界 200 を超える国と地域で 900 万回線以上利用されており、モビリティ・エネルギー・製造業といった様々な分野で欠かせないインフラになりつつあります。 ソラコムの Technical Account Manager (TAM) は、SORACOM を活用してお客様の IoT ビジネスが成功するよう、技術課題の解決・オペレーションの改善・プロジェクトマネジメントの支援をします。ソラコム社内に対してはお客様のシステムやビジネスを理解している代弁者としてサポートやエンジニア、セールスと協業して問題の解決とお客様ビジネスの安定運用をサポートしていきます。 ソラコムの TAM は大規模にソラコムを活用してくださっているお客様を担当します。上記の活動を通してソラコムとお客様の信頼関係をより強くし、お客様の成功そして IoT による社会変革に貢献できます。

仕事内容

  • ソラコムのサポートチーム (Customer Reliability Engineering チーム) およびセールスチームと連携した問題解決 ※お客様のビジネスを支えるため、当番制による夜間のオンコール待機・緊急対応が発生する場合あり（月1回程度 / オンコール手当あり）。
  • お客様との定期的なコミュニケーションを通じた SORACOM の利用状況のレビューおよび課題解決のリード。 例) システム構成やコストといった、お客様の運用管理に必要な情報の提供 例) お客様の運用とシステム仕様のギャップから生まれる課題に対して、双方のアプローチによる解決に向けた支援
  • お客様に関連する SORACOM の障害やメンテナンスの情報提供。
  • SORACOM と連携するデバイス・クラウドといったお客様システムを理解し、システムアーキテクチャやオペレーショ- ンに対する技術的なお客様サポートやガイダンスの提供。

Requirements

必須の経験/スキル

  • システムエンジニア、サポートエンジニア、ソリューションアーキテクト、TAM 等の技術的職種にてお客様の商用ユースケースの継続的支援をリードした、5 年以上の経験。
  • 営業やエンジニアなど複数のメンバーやチームが関わる運用課題の解決をリードし、ゴールを達成した経験。
  • 責任感を持って仕事に取り組むことができ、厳しい状況においても解決へ向けて粘り強く進める能力。
  • プロフェッショナルとしてお客様や社内と円滑にコミュニケーションを図り、論理的でわかりやすい日本語の文章を作成できる能力。
  • TCP/IP や HTTP、DNS といった標準的なインターネットプロトコル、また BGP 等の一般的なルーティングプロトコルについての理解。
  • お客様のユースケースやインダストリに興味を持ち、積極的に理解を深めていく姿勢

  • 通信業界についてのナレッジや経験。
  • モバイルネットワークについてのシステム構成 (UE からコアに関する物理・論理構成やプロトコル) に関する知識、経験。
  • 自動車業界についてのナレッジや経験。
  • 技術的好奇心を持ち、ソラコムの内部の仕組みや日々進化するクラウドサービスや生成 AI などにキャッチアップできる積極性。
  • 国内外のお客様やチームと仕事を進めるためのビジネスレベルの英語力。
  • SaaS や PaaS などストック型ビジネスのプラットフォーマーでの勤務の経験と、そのビジネスモデルの理解。
  • テクニカルコンサルタントとしての経験。
  • AWS 等のクラウドサービスを利用したシステム設計と実装の経験。
  • IoT デバイスに対する興味、知識。
