Technical Advisor - Heavy Vehicles

Ο/Η υποψήφιος/α θα αναφέρεται στον Service Manager Βαρέων Οχημάτων με κύρια δραστηριότητα την παροχή τεχνικής υποστήριξης σε τεχνικούς αλλά και συνεργάτες για τα brand Ford Trucks / Otokar.

Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες

  • Επικοινωνία με τα εργοστάσια κατασκευής των προϊόντων που εκπροσωπεί η εταιρεία που περιλαμβάνει - επίλυση προβλημάτων – αναζήτηση τεχνικών οδηγιών
  • Παρακολούθηση Τεχνικών εκπαιδεύσεων από τα εργοστάσια κατασκευής στο εξωτερικό
  • Εκπαίδευση Τεχνιτών και Τεχνικού Προσωπικού πελατών στις νέες Τεχνολογίες των οχημάτων
  • Άριστη Γνώση των συστημάτων τεχνικών πληροφοριών των εργοστασίων κατασκευής
  • Διαχείριση και αποστολή αιτημάτων εγγύησης ή καλής θέλησης στα εργοστάσια κατασκευής
  • Διατήρηση και οργάνωση αποθήκης εγγυήσιμων ανταλλακτικών και σχεδιασμός επιστροφών στα εργοστάσια κατασκευής
  • Συνολική Διαχείριση Ανακλήσεων που περιλαμβάνει την ενημέρωση των πελατών, το κλείσιμο ραντεβού καθώς και την εκπαίδευση των τεχνιτών στη πραγματοποίηση τους
  • Έκδοση Τεχνικών Βεβαιώσεων για τα προϊόντα που εκπροσωπεί η εταιρία
  • Διαχείριση παραπόνων πελατών
  • Επικοινωνία και οργάνωση τεχνικής υποστήριξης των προϊόντων που εκπροσωπεί η εταιρία μέσω συνεργατών / προμηθευτών

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου

  • Απόφοιτος σχολής Τεχνολογικής Κατεύθυνσης
  • Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας. Δεύτερη γνώση ξένης γλώσσας θα συνεκτιμηθεί
  • Άριστη γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ
  • Επιθυμητή γνώση SAP
