Στην ΚSM, έχουμε ως αποστολή μας να είμαστε ο στρατηγικός συνεργάτης των εταιρειών σε θέματα Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού και παράλληλά να συμβάλλουμε στην επαγγελματική εξέλιξη και ικανοποίηση των στόχων των υποψηφίων.

H KSM HR, για λογαριασμό της ΔΕΗ, αναζητά έναν Technical Coordinator, να στελεχώσει την εξειδικευμένη ομάδα του τμήματος.

Η θέση αφορά σε έργο ορισμένου χρόνου 6-8 μήνες (είτε μισθωτοί είτε ελεύθεροι επαγγελματίες). Υπάρχει δυνατότητα επέκτασης της συνεργασίας κατόπιν συμφωνίας με τον πελάτη.

Ο ρόλος περιλαμβάνει:

  • Τον προσδιορισμό του πεδίου εφαρμογής, των απαιτήσεων και των παραδοτέων του έργου.
  • Τον εντοπισμό και την επίλυση ζητημάτων που μπορεί να μεταβάλλουν τα χρονοδιαγράμματα και τις παραδοτέες φάσεις του έργου.
  • Την εξασφάλιση της συνολικής ποιότητας του έργου, βάση των εταιρικών πολιτικών και πρακτικών.
  • Τη συλλογή απαιτήσεων για την επιλογή της κατάλληλης πληροφοριακής υποδομής των έργων, με σκοπό την ολοκληρωμένη διαχείριση χρηστών και δικαιωμάτων, των επιχειρησιακών διεργασιών και της ολοκλήρωσης της πληροφορίας.
  • Την εφαρμογή του καταλληλότερου πλαισίου διακυβέρνησης δεδομένων, με σκοπό τη βέλτιστη διαχείριση και εκμετάλλευση τους.
  • Την τήρηση του προϋπολογισμού και παρακολούθηση των δαπανών/συναλλαγών.
  • Την διαχείριση – ενθάρρυνση της συνεργατικότητας, επικοινωνίας και διαμόρφωσης θετικών σχέσεων μεταξύ όλων των εμπλεκόμενων ομάδων ή και των εξωτερικών συνεργατών.
  • Τον προγραμματισμό και διοργάνωση συναντήσεων/εκδηλώσεων και τήρηση του προγράμματος.
  • Την εξασφάλιση, ότι η τεχνολογία χρησιμοποιείται σωστά για όλες τις λειτουργίες (τηλεδιάσκεψη, παρουσιάσεις κ.λπ.)
  • Τη διαχείριση τεχνικής τεκμηρίωσης, προετοιμασία παρουσιάσεων και ενημερώσεων έργου.
  • Τη συνδρομή στους τεχνικούς διευθυντές, στην δημιουργία και διάθεση σχεδίων εργασίας και χρονοδιαγραμμάτων.
  • Τη διατήρηση ενημερωμένων αρχείων και δημιουργία εκθέσεων ή προτάσεων.
  • Την υποστήριξη της εξέλιξης και της ανάπτυξης του προγράμματος.

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο ή μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο σπουδών Πληροφορικής.
  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία, τουλάχιστον τριών (3) ετών στο αντικείμενο.
  • Ανεπτυγμένη ικανότητα επικοινωνίας σε γραπτό και προφορικό επίπεδο.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας σε γραπτό και προφορικό επίπεδο.
  • Πιστοποίηση Microsoft Azure.
