Vous souhaitez mettre votre expertise technique et votre leadership au service d’une flotte opérant dans un environnement maritime international exigeant ?

Nous recherchons un Technical Manager pour piloter la performance technique d’une flotte de navires et accompagner les équipes de notre client dans l’atteinte des plus hauts standards de disponibilité, de sécurité et de fiabilité.

Vos principales missions

Rattaché au Directeur de la Flotte, vous êtes garant de la disponibilité technique de la flotte et de la bonne application des standards de maintenance.

À ce titre, vous serez notamment chargé(e) de :

  • Superviser l’ensemble des activités techniques de la flotte ;
  • Manager et animer une équipe d’environ quinze collaborateurs, en assurant leur accompagnement, leur montée en compétences et la cohésion opérationnelle.
  • Garantir la bonne exécution des programmes de maintenance préventive et corrective ;
  • Veiller au respect des exigences réglementaires, des standards de l’entreprise et des attentes des clients ;
  • Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance technique et de disponibilité des navires ;
  • Piloter les enquêtes techniques suite aux incidents et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaires ;
  • Superviser la gestion des arrêts techniques, réparations majeures et interventions en chantier naval ;
  • Assurer le suivi et la maîtrise des budgets techniques (OPEX) ;
  • Accompagner et développer les compétences des équipes techniques à bord et à terre ;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les départements Fleet, QHSE, Finance ainsi qu’avec les sociétés de classification, administrations maritimes et chantiers navals.

Requirements

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme de la Marine Marchande avec expérience embarquée significative et/ou diplôme d’ingénieur dans un domaine technique ou maintenance ;
  • Expérience impérative dans une fonction similaire, incluant la gestion technique de navires dans un environnement maritime ou offshore international.
  • Solides connaissances en moteurs diesel marins, automatisme, électricité et systèmes techniques de bord ;
  • Expérience de la maintenance préventive, des arrêts techniques et des projets de réparation navale ;
  • Excellentes compétences managériales et capacité à faire progresser les équipes ;
  • Bonne maîtrise des réglementations maritimes internationales et des exigences des sociétés de classification ;
  • Sens de l’organisation, rigueur analytique et aptitude à piloter plusieurs projets simultanément ;
  • Anglais et français courant.
