Mission

· Diriger l'équipe et développer les compétences techniques du personnel.

· Définir les objectifs du service et mesurer les performances ainsi que la conformité avec le (Contrat qualité de Service))

Activités principales

· Diriger les équipes techniques et garantie du hub (niveau 1)

· Vérifier que les niveaux requis sont atteints pour les services d'assistance technique, de service 24/24, de contact Garantie, de rappels de sécurité et de campagnes techniques

· Animer, informer et fédérer l'équipe afin d'atteindre les objectifs

· Définir les compétences requises pour l'assistance technique et la garantie (formation, recrutement, mobilité, promotion...)

· Effectuer les évaluations individuelles, fixer des objectifs personnels clairs et alignés sur les objectifs de l'entreprise

· Gérer et suivre le budget du service

· Superviser la réalisation des indicateurs clé de performance

Compétences techniques

· Offre de produits constructeurs

· Capacité à fournir des solutions techniques et assurer leur mise en œuvre

· Connaissance des processus après-vente

· Connaissance des systèmes d'informations et logiciels.

· Savoir évaluer des coûts techniques

· Connaissance des composants de véhicules industriels

· Connaissance des flux de la pièce de rechange : logistiques et IT

· Connaissance des ateliers et magasins du réseau : organisation, processus, outils…

· Connaissance/Compréhension du réseau

· Gestion de budget

· Techniques de management : conduite d'entretiens, fixation et suivi d'objectifs, plans de développement des compétences, plans de promotion, plans de formation, sanctions ...
