The posting

Inbox Business Technologies is looking for a Technical Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team and to learn new skills in the IT industry.

Employment Type: Contractual employment

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update information accurately in Microsoft Excel.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly Excel records.
  • Prepare basic reports and data summaries.
  • Use Excel formulas such as SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, IF, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP at a basic level.
  • Sort, filter, and format data.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation.
  • Check data for errors and inconsistencies.
  • Support senior team members with data-related tasks.
  • Organize files and maintain spreadsheets systematically.
  • Perform other basic reporting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or candidate with 0–1 year experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Good typing and data-entry skills.
  • Basic understanding of Word and PowerPoint.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn new software and IT processes.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and Windows.
  • Knowledge of Pivot Tables.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel Charts.
  • Basic knowledge of data validation and conditional formatting.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets.
