We help individuals from around the world connect with great companies that are looking for their specific skill set. Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located.

Role Overview: We're looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to own the reliability, quality, and integrity of our technical systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal teams and business systems.
  • Investigate system issues, data discrepancies, integration failures, and synchronization problems.
  • Build and maintain automation to reduce repetitive technical and operational tasks.
  • Develop and maintain automated QA/testing workflows using tools such as Cypress or similar frameworks.
  • Troubleshoot CRM workflows, integrations, automations, and data synchronization, particularly within GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Monitor and maintain data quality across CRM, payments, support, customer-facing, and other business systems.
  • Work with MongoDB and SQL to investigate data issues, validate records, and troubleshoot queries.
  • Identify recurring technical issues and implement automation or process improvements to prevent them.
  • Create simple reports, dashboards, or tools that help non-technical teams access and understand key information.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, testing, automation, and technical problem-solving while validating their outputs.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and recurring problems for internal teams.
  • Communicate technical problems and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a combination of Technical Support, QA, Automation, Technical Operations, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues for non-technical users or business teams.
  • Experience building or maintaining automation using Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Experience with QA automation or automated testing frameworks, such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar.
  • Strong SQL skills and practical experience working with MongoDB or another NoSQL database.
  • Experience troubleshooting APIs, integrations, data synchronization, or system workflows.
  • Experience with CRM systems, business applications, or operational platforms; GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud or monitoring tools such as AWS, Datadog, or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable explaining technical issues and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to support technical troubleshooting, testing, coding, or automation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM integrations and workflows.
  • Experience working with payment systems or customer support platforms.
  • Experience with REST APIs and webhooks.
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub and basic CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience creating dashboards or internal tools for business teams.
  • Previous experience transitioning from Technical Support into QA, Automation, or Technical Operations.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary in USD
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

More applications. More interviews.

Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting and paid once. Send enough of them and the law of large numbers finds you the job.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
