The posting

Kỹ thuật viên SMT chịu trách nhiệm bảo trì và xử lý sự cố các thiết bị trên dây chuyền nhằm đảm bảo sản xuất an toàn, đạt năng suất và chất lượng theo yêu cầu.

  • Thời gian: thứ 2 - Thứ 7 (có xoay ca trong tương lai)
  • Địa điểm: KCN Vĩnh Lộc 2, Bến Lức, Long An cũ (Mỹ Yên, Tây Ninh)

Trách nhiệm chính

  • Thiết lập (Setup) các thiết bị SMT hoặc Testing & Final Assembly: Máy in kem hàn (Printer) ; Máy SPI ; Máy gắp đặt linh kiện (Pick & Place) ; Lò hàn RefloReflow; Máy AOAOI, ...
  • Thực hiện chuyển đổi model (Changeover) theo kế hoạch sản xuất.
  • Kiểm tra feeder, nozzle, stencil và chương trình máy và vật tư trước khi chạy sản xuất.
  • Theo dõi tình trạng hoạt động của máy.
  • Xử lý các cảnh báo và khắc phục lỗi thiết bị và lỗi quy trình.
  • Thực hiện bảo trì định kỳ (PM) theo kế hoạch.
  • Ghi nhận đầy đủ các hoạt động bảo trì, sự cố và thời gian dừng máy.
  • Hỗ trợ chạy thử sản phẩm mới (NPI) và tối ưu hóa quy trình sản xuất.
  • Tuân thủ các quy định về ESD, an toàn lao động, 5S và hệ thống chất lượng của công ty.

Requirements

  • Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp,Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học chuyên ngành Điện, Điện tử, Cơ điện tử hoặc các ngành kỹ thuật liên quan.
  • Có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trên dây chuyền SMT.
  • Có thể xoay ca
  • Có kinh nghiệm vận hành một hoặc nhiều thiết bị SMT như Printer, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow, AAOI,...
  • Có khả năng đọc tài liệu kỹ thuật, BOM và hướng dẫn công việc.
  • Có kỹ năng xử lý sự cố và phân tích nguyên nhân.
  • Có tinh thần trách nhiệm, chủ động, làm việc nhóm tốt và sẵn sàng làm việc theo ca.

Ưu tiên

  • Có kinh nghiệm bảo trì thiết bị SMT.
  • Hiểu biết về tiêu chuẩn IPC-A-610 và IPC-7711/7721.
  • Có kinh nghiệm tối ưu AOI, SPI hoặc Reflow Profile.

Chỉ tiêu đánh giá (KPI)

  • Tỷ lệ hoạt động của thiết bị (Machine Uptime/OEE).
  • Thời gian dừng máy (Downtime).
  • Tỷ lệ hoàn thành bảo trì định kỳ.
  • Thời gian chuyển đổi model.
  • Tỷ lệ lỗi do thiết bị hoặc cài đặt.
  • Tuân thủ an toàn, ESD và 5S.
