De Maintenance-afdeling heeft een vacature in haar kantoor in Delft voor de volgende functie:

Technician E&I

De functie

De Technician E&I is verantwoordelijk voor het in stand houden, kalibreren en optimaliseren van de elektrische installaties, instrumentatie en besturingssystemen (zoals PLC/DCS). Het hoofddoel is het garanderen van de processtabiliteit, de nauwkeurigheid van meetwaarden en de veiligheid van alle elektrische installaties in de productieomgeving.\

De verantwoordelijkheden

  • Onderhoudsuitvoering: Zelfstandig uitvoeren van gepland preventief en predictief mechanisch onderhoud volgens specificaties.
  • Storing oplossing (Automation & Electrical): Analyseren en verhelpen van storingen in besturingssystemen (software/PLC/DCS) en elektrische voedingen/aandrijvingen met als doel minimale stilstandtijd.
  • Kalibratie: Periodiek kalibreren van instrumentatie (sensoren, flowmeters, drukopnemers) om de proceskwaliteit te waarborgen.
  • NEN-conformiteit: Waarborgen dat alle elektrische installaties en modificaties voldoen aan de geldende normen (bijv. NEN 1010, NEN 3140, ATEX).
  • Back-up Management: Beheren en borgen van software-backups van PLC’s, HMI’s en andere besturingscomponenten.
  • Systeemintegratie: Samenwerken met Mechanische technici bij complexe storingen waar mechanica en besturing elkaar beïnvloeden (mechatronica).
  • Projectsupport: Ondersteunen bij de installatie en inbedrijfstelling van nieuwe apparatuur of proceslijnen.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Operators trainen in het correct uitlezen van HMI-foutmeldingen (first-line troubleshooting)
  • Methodisch werken: Het systematisch uitsluiten van variabelen (bijv. van sensor naar ingangskaart naar software).
  • Nauwkeurigheid: Het werken met software en kleine componenten vereist een 'precisie-mindset'.
  • Proactieve veiligheid: Bewustzijn van de onzichtbare risico's (elektriciteit) en strikte naleving van de LOTO-procedures (Lock-out/Tag-out).
  • Leergierig: Snel kunnen schakelen bij veranderingen in besturingssoftware of nieuwe automatiseringstechnologieën.

De ideale kandidaat

  • Afgeronde MBO-opleiding richting E&I
  • Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring binnen de procesindustrie
  • Ervaring met SAP-PM
  • Ervaring met werkvergunningen en het lezen/opstellen van TRA’s
  • Bekend met GMP-richtlijnen en werken binnen gereguleerde omgevingen
  • Basiskennis van PLC/DCS-systemen
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
  • In het bezit van VCA VOL
  • Basiskennis van ATEX
  • Ervaring als Installatieverantwoordelijke en/of Werkverantwoordelijke LS
