De Maintenance-afdeling heeft een vacature in haar kantoor in Delft voor de volgende functie:

Technician Mechanical

De functie

De Technician Mechanical is verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de mechanische integriteit, betrouwbaarheid en prestaties van het machinepark. Het hoofddoel is het maximaliseren van de Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) door proactief onderhoud uit te voeren en reactief storingen efficiënt en veilig op te lossen, met een focus op het elimineren van grondoorzaken.

De verantwoordelijkheden

  • Onderhoudsuitvoering: Zelfstandig uitvoeren van gepland preventief en predictief mechanisch onderhoud volgens specificaties.
  • Storing oplossing: Analyseren en verhelpen van mechanische storingen aan productielijnen met als doel minimale stilstandtijd.
  • Veiligheid: Strikt naleven van veiligheidsprotocollen (zoals Lock-out/Tag-out) en zorgdragen voor een veilige werkplek tijdens en na onderhoudsactiviteiten.
  • Documentatie: Accuraat registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden, gebruikte materialen en geconstateerde afwijkingen in SAP-PM.
  • Productie-Maintenance Alignment: Nauwe samenwerking met operators voor het overdragen van kennis over machinegebruik en het uitvoeren van 'first-line maintenance'.
  • Verbeteringsprojecten: Bijdragen aan de identificatie en implementatie van structurele verbeteringen (bijv. RCA) om terugkerende defecten te elimineren.
  • Analytisch vermogen: Niet alleen symptoombestrijding, maar doorvragen naar het "waarom" van een defect.
  • Proactieve houding: Zien van onderhoudsbehoefte voordat de machine stilvalt.
  • Veiligheidsbewustzijn: "Safety First" is de standaard, ook onder tijdsdruk.
  • Oplossingsgericht: Een 'can-do' mentaliteit in combinatie met technische nauwkeurigheid.

De ideale kandidaat

  • Afgeronde Mechanische MBO diploma
  • Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring binnen de procesindustrie
  • Ervaring met SAP-PM
  • Ervaring met werkvergunningen en het lezen en opstellen van TRA’s
  • Bekend met GMP-richtlijnen en werken binnen gereguleerde omgevingen
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
  • Ervaring met leiding- en rotating equipment inspecties
  • Kennis van equipment op MBO WtB-niveau
  • In het bezit van VCA VOL
  • Basiskennis van ATEX
  • Ervaring met flensmontage
  • In het bezit van een heftruckcertificaat
