Nous recherchons actuellement un Technicien Assurance Qualité (H/F) en CDD pour accompagner la dynamique de croissance de nos opérations !

Requirements

Mission principale

Au sein de l’équipe Assurance Qualité Opérationnelle, vous contribuez activement au maintien du niveau de qualité et de conformité des activités industrielles. Vous accompagnez les équipes sur le terrain et assurez le suivi des processus qualité, notamment la gestion des dossiers de lot, des réclamations patients, des revues qualité produits, ainsi que la gestion documentaire et des échantillons.

Principales activités et responsabilités

Vous intervenez sur un large périmètre Assurance Qualité Opérationnelle, incluant :

  • Revue des dossiers de lot : réalisation des premières revues, gestion des écarts (enregistrement et ouverture de déviations), archivage et gestion documentaire
  • Support à la production : mise à jour des spécifications produits et gestion des outils d’impression, de contrôle et de sérialisation (accès, recettes, versions)
  • Suivi qualité en production : mise à disposition de documents, contrôles ponctuels en ligne et accompagnement des équipes
  • Documentation & amélioration continue : rédaction/mise à jour de procédures, participation aux audits internes
  • Revue Qualité Produit (RQP) : collecte, analyse et mise en forme des données, rédaction en anglais
  • Gestion des réclamations : enregistrement et participation aux premières étapes des investigations
  • Gestion des échantillons : suivi des échantillothèques (enregistrement, stockage, destruction), contrôle des conditions environnementales
  • Formation : animation de formations BPF, outils et qualité auprès des équipes
  • Support administratif lié aux activités du service

Profil recherché

  • Formation Bac à Bac +2 en qualité ou équivalent
  • Première expérience en industrie, idéalement pharmaceutique
  • Bonne connaissance de l’environnement pharmaceutique appréciée
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel)
  • La maîtrise de l’anglais est un atout
