Norgine recrute un Technicien de Maintenance de nuit (H/F) en CDI sur le site de Dreux !

Requirements

En tant que Technicien de Maintenance de Nuit, vous assurez la disponibilité, la fiabilité et la sécurité des équipements de production pendant l'équipe de nuit.

Horaires de l'équipe de nuit ;

  • Du lundi au jeudi : 21h00 / 05h05
  • Le vendredi : 18h10 / 00h50

Véritable référent technique sur votre plage horaire, vous intervenez en autonomie sur les équipements mécaniques, électriques et pneumatiques afin de garantir la continuité de la production, tout en contribuant à l'amélioration continue des installations dans le respect des exigences Qualité, Sécurité et Environnement.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Assurer la maintenance préventive et curative des équipements durant le poste de nuit.
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes et intervenir rapidement afin de limiter les arrêts de production.
  • Garantir le bon fonctionnement et la sécurité des installations avant leur remise en service.
  • Réaliser le suivi et la traçabilité des interventions dans la GMAO.
  • Identifier les causes récurrentes de dysfonctionnement et proposer des actions d'amélioration.
  • Participer aux projets d'installation, de modification et de fiabilisation des équipements.
  • Accompagner les prestataires externes lors des interventions techniques.
  • Conseiller et accompagner les équipes de production sur les actions de maintenance de premier niveau.

PROFIL

  • De formation supérieure en maintenance industrielle, type BTS ou Licence.
  • Vous possédez une expérience réussie en industrie idéalement cosmétique ou pharmaceutique.
  • Vous possédez une bonne compréhension générale des processus de production, des compétences en analyse et gestion de problèmes.
  • Doté(e) d'un bon esprit de synthèse, vous maitrisez les outils d'amélioration continue et êtes à l'aise avec la GMAO.
  • Vous possédez un fort esprit d'équipe pour menez à bien vos missions au quotidien.
