The posting

Durée du contrat prévue de 3 à 5 ans. Date d'entrée en fonction prévue entre Q1 et Q3 2025. Rôle hybride.

Les heures de travail sont normalement comprises entre 8 h et 17 h, du lundi au vendredi (35h par semaine), mais peuvent être étendues lors de certains projets.

1. Installer, configurer, entretenir, mettre à jour, diagnostiquer, optimiser et corriger les problèmes des éléments d’infrastructures tels que les serveurs, les systèmes de stockage, les bases de données et les logiciels à portée corporative,

2. Assurer la mise en application des règles de sécurité concernant les données, les serveurs et les postes de travail ;

3. Assurer le respect par les utilisateurs des politiques et standards établis, évaluer les situations de non-conformité et faire des recommandations à cet effet,

4. Collaborer avec les analystes et chargés de projet lors de la sélection et l’implantation de systèmes informatiques et des bases de données,

5. Documenter et tenir à jour les schémas d’infrastructures, les procédures pour les utilisateurs ou autres documents connexes,

6. Effectuer les mises à jour des logiciels et du matériel et les configurer selon les besoins d’entretien ou selon les projets de développement de tous les environnements.

Exigences

  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans les technologies de l’information, dont 3 ans dans un rôle avec des responsabilités similaires.
  • Connaissance des bases de données (Oracle, SQL), Exchange Online, Stockage (SAN), VMWare ESX, SharePoint, Office 365), CITRIX, Terminal server, client léger, Net Backup).
  • Français (écrit et parlé) de niveau professionnel.
  • Capacité de passer une évaluation des antécédents judiciaires.
  • Capacité de se déplacer dans la région de la ville de Québec.
