Maintenance des bâtiments · Poste multi-établissements — Montréal

Chez Épik Collection, on ne gère pas juste des chambres — on crée des lieux intimes où chaque client se sent chez lui. Et derrière chaque séjour réussi, il y a des bâtiments qui fonctionnent : le chauffage qui part quand il fait froid, la ventilation qui roule, l’électricité qui ne flanche pas.

On cherche un technicien ou une technicienne en maintenance pour diagnostiquer, réparer et prendre soin de nos quatre établissements du Vieux-Montréal (Hôtel SonoLux, Hôtel Bonaparte, Hôtel Épik, Hôtel Uville), tous à distance de marche les uns des autres. Un poste 100 % terrain, sous la supervision directe de notre responsable de la maintenance.

Une fois tes compétences démontrées, tu pourras devenir son bras droit et agir comme chef d’équipe en son absence.

Ce que tu vas faire

  • Diagnostiquer et réparer les problèmes techniques dans nos hôtels et nos restaurants : chauffage, ventilation et climatisation (HVAC), électricité dans les chambres et les aires communes, plomberie
  • Faire les diagnostics électriques et les tests de génératrices
  • Travailler aux côtés du responsable de la maintenance et l’épauler sur le terrain
  • Faire le premier diagnostic avant tout appel à un entrepreneur, puis vérifier la qualité des travaux réalisés
  • Réaliser l’entretien préventif, pour régler les problèmes avant qu’ils deviennent des pannes
  • Documenter tes interventions pour bâtir l’historique technique de chaque bâtiment
  • Prendre en charge toutes les tâches connexes à l’entretien général d’immeubles — ici, aucune journée ne ressemble à la précédente

Requirements

Le profil qu’on cherche

  • Carte de compétence en électricité ou en plomberie
  • Bonnes connaissances en HVAC et en mécanique du bâtiment
  • Expérience en entretien de bâtiments; en milieu hôtelier, commercial ou institutionnel, un atout important
  • Bon jugement : tu sais ce qui se règle à l’interne et quand il faut appeler un spécialiste
  • Tu aimes mettre la main à la pâte et tu as le souci du travail bien fait
  • Autonomie, débrouillardise et souci de la sécurité
  • Bilinguisme fonctionnel (français/anglais)
