The posting

Nous recrutons pour le compte d’une entreprise opérant dans la distribution de solutions techniques destinées aux secteurs industriel, pharmaceutique et tertiaire, un(e) Technico-Commercial HVAC / Filtration B2B basé(e) à Casablanca.

Vous serez chargé(e) de développer l’activité commerciale autour d’une gamme de filtres HVAC destinés à des clients exigeants : laboratoires pharmaceutiques, hôpitaux, industrie agroalimentaire, data centers, aéroports et bâtiments tertiaires.

Missions principales

Rattaché(e) à la direction commerciale, vous aurez pour principales responsabilités de :

  • Prospecter et développer un portefeuille de clients B2B dans les secteurs pharma, santé, industrie et tertiaire
  • Identifier les besoins techniques des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées
  • Élaborer et suivre les offres commerciales et techniques
  • Participer aux consultations, prescriptions et appels d’offres
  • Négocier les conditions commerciales et assurer le suivi des comptes clients
  • Travailler en coordination avec les équipes achats et approvisionnement
  • Assurer une veille active sur le marché, les concurrents et les opportunités commerciales

Requirements

De formation Bac+5 en génie mécanique, génie climatique, commerce technique ou équivalent, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 2 à 5 ans minimum dans une fonction technico-commerciale en environnement B2B technique.

Une expérience dans l’un des secteurs suivants est fortement souhaitée :

  • HVAC / CVC
  • Traitement d’air
  • Filtration industrielle
  • Équipements techniques industriels
  • Salles blanches / clean rooms
  • Équipements destinés aux secteurs pharmaceutique, hospitalier ou agroalimentaire

Compétences attendues

  • Bonne connaissance des systèmes CVC / HVAC
  • Connaissance des filtres G4, F7, F8, F9, HEPA H13/H14, ULPA
  • Capacité à lire et interpréter un cahier des charges technique
  • Maîtrise du cycle de vente B2B long : prospection, prescription, consultation, appel d’offres, négociation
  • Aisance relationnelle avec des interlocuteurs techniques et décideurs
  • Autonomie, rigueur, sens du résultat et goût du terrain
