Position

Voor de verdere groei van de EV-laadactiviteiten van Smappee in Nederland zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren en hands-on technisch specialist laadoplossingen. De focus ligt op DC-laadinfrastructuur. In deze rol ben je het technische aanspreekpunt voor installateurs, servicepartners en strategische klanten. Je zorgt voor een betrouwbare ingebruikname, efficiënte troubleshooting en operationele excellentie van onze laadoplossingen.

Responsibilities

  • Je bent de technische expert voor AC- en DC-laadinfrastructuur projecten in Nederland.
  • Je ondersteunt de ingebruikname (commissioning), troubleshooting en technische interventies bij complexe laadinstallaties.
  • Je analyseert en lost problemen op met hardware (AC en DC), connectiviteit, backend communicatie en energiesystemen.
  • Je coördineert technische escalaties met de Engineering- en Productteams op het hoofdkantoor.
  • Je ondersteunt installateurs en servicepartners bij complexe technische dossiers en interventies.
  • Je voert root-cause analyses uit en draagt bij aan structurele verbeteringen van servicekwaliteit en operationele processen.
  • Je ondersteunt garantieafhandeling, coördinatie van reserveonderdelen, technische opleidingen en kennisdeling.
  • Je verzorgt technische trainingen voor partners en installateurs.

Requirements

  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar praktijkervaring met AC- en DC-laadinfrastructuur.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke technische achtergrond in elektrotechniek, EV-laadinfrastructuur, energiesystemen, industriële automatisering of vermogenselektronica.
  • Je hebt ervaring met commissioning, field service of technische operaties binnen EV-laadinfrastructuur of energie-infrastructuur.
  • Je bent in staat om zelfstandig hardware- en softwaregerelateerde storingen te analyseren en op te lossen.
  • Kennis van Nederlandse installatienormen en regelgeving, waaronder NEN1010, is een sterke troef.
  • Je communiceert helder met installateurs, technische partners en zakelijke klanten en werkt gestructureerd en zelfstandig.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands vloeiend en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je bent bereid regelmatig binnen Nederland te reizen.
