The posting

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional RCO Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Moody’s RiskConfidence (RCO) and banking risk solutions. The candidate will work closely with banking clients and internal stakeholders to understand risk and regulatory requirements, configure and implement RCO solutions, manage data mapping and transformation, and support testing, deployment, and production activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Moody’s RiskConfidence (RCO) solutions based on business, risk, and regulatory requirements.
  • Gather and analyze requirements from Risk, Treasury, Finance, and IT stakeholders and translate them into RCO configurations and functional solutions.
  • Perform data mapping, data transformation, ETL, reconciliation, and data validation activities.
  • Configure risk models, parameters, calculations, rules, and regulatory requirements within RCO.
  • Work on risk and regulatory modules such as:
  • Liquidity Risk
  • Asset Liability Management (ALM)
  • Stress Testing
  • LCR / NSFR
  • IRRBB
  • Regulatory Reporting
  • Prepare and review functional specifications, data mapping documents, configuration documents, test scenarios, and implementation documentation.
  • Support SIT, UAT, result validation, reconciliation, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and production deployment.
  • Analyze implementation and data-related issues and coordinate with business and technical teams for resolution.
  • Participate in client discussions, solution demonstrations, workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and implementation reviews.
  • Support Go-Live, post-production stabilization, and ongoing production support.
  • Ensure solutions comply with applicable banking risk, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with global banking clients and cross-functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in Banking Risk / Risk Management Technology.
  • Hands-on experience with Moody’s RiskConfidence (RCO) implementation and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Liquidity Risk, ALM, Stress Testing, and Regulatory Reporting.
  • Practical knowledge of LCR, NSFR, IRRBB and/or other banking regulatory calculations.
  • Strong understanding of risk data, data mapping, ETL, data modelling, transformation, reconciliation, and data validation.
  • Good SQL skills with an understanding of banking and risk data models.
  • Experience across the complete implementation lifecycle: Requirement Gathering → Analysis → Design → Configuration → Data Mapping → Testing → UAT → Go-Live → Production Support.
  • Strong techno-functional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to work effectively with Risk, Treasury, Finance, Business, and IT teams.
  • Experience working with global banking clients is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Moody’s RiskConfidence (RCO) certification is an advantage.
  • Experience in large-scale banking risk transformation or regulatory reporting programs.
  • Exposure to other risk and regulatory platforms such as Moody’s Analytics, AxiomSL, OFSAA, or similar solutions is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of banking regulatory frameworks and reporting requirements is preferred.
