Per il plant produttivo italiano di una realtà aziendale metalmeccanica parte di un gruppo multinazionale, molto affermata nel suo settore, siamo alla ricerca di Tecnici Conduttori di Macchinari CNC da inserire all’interno del reparto di lavorazioni meccaniche.

La sede per la quale stiamo selezionando conta circa 200 dipendenti, e si occupa di realizzare componentistica meccanica di precisione, a servizio di differenti settori merceologici. I loro prodotti si distinguono per l'elevato contenuto tecnologico, e l'azienda investe costantemente nell'implementazione di nuove tecnologie, nel miglioramento dei processi e nella ricerca e sviluppo.

La risorsa che stiamo selezionando lavorerà su 3 turni, da lunedì a venerdì, su macchine automatiche per lavorazioni meccaniche a controllo numerico (CNC), occupandosi della gestione operativa del processo produttivo.

Requirements

Rispondendo al Responsabile di Reparto, ti occuperai di:

  • Conduzione e asservimento di linee automatiche;
  • Richiamo e verifica parametri a bordo macchina, su programmi già inseriti;
  • Monitoraggio della conformità del processo e dei cicli di lavorazione, tramite controlli computerizzati a bordo macchina, e controlli dimensionali in linea, a campione, sui prodotti;
  • Monitoraggio del corretto funzionamento degli impianti;
  • Segnalazione di eventuali non conformità, o anomalie, ai reparti preposti (industrializzazione, qualità e manutenzione).

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza pregressa maturata in contesti produttivi, meglio se nel settore metalmeccanico;
  • Capacità di conduzione di macchinari a controllo numerico, con elevato livello di complessità tecnologica.
  • Precisione, affidabilità e orientamento al miglioramento continuo.
