Per strutturata realtà aziendale cliente sita in zona Montichiari (BS), leader internazionale nel settore dell’impiantistica outdoor di alto livello, Ali Professional sta selezionando una figura di Tecnico commerciale - after sales.

Il Gruppo si compone di diverse sedi commerciali e plant produttivi, sia in Italia che all'estero, e sul plant principale conta oltre 350 dipendenti.

All’interno del team Installazioni, la risorsa collaborerà con un gruppo di professionisti dedicati al supporto tecnico commerciale post-vendita, contribuendo alla gestione degli interventi e al miglioramento continuo degli standard aziendali, interfacciandosi con clienti, dealer e funzioni commerciali sia in Italia che all'estero.

Di cosa ti occuperai:

  • Fornire supporto tecnico e commerciale ai dealer e ai team commerciali nelle attività di installazione e assistenza post-vendita.
  • Definire e sviluppare gli standard aziendali relativi agli interventi di after sales.
  • Redigere la documentazione tecnica necessaria agli interventi di manutenzione e assistenza (es. procedure operative).
  • Predisporre le distinte dei materiali e individuare le soluzioni tecniche più idonee per gli interventi.
  • Elaborare la documentazione HSE a supporto delle attività sul campo.
  • Aggiornare e implementare gli strumenti informatici utilizzati dal team per la gestione delle attività.
  • Svolgimento di trasferte world wide per un massimo di 1 settimana al mese.

Requirements

Il profilo che cerchiamo:

  • Laurea/Diploma in ambito meccanico
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2/C1).
  • Ottima dimestichezza con il pacchetto Microsoft Office.
  • Esperienza, anche breve, maturata in ruolo analogo.
  • Capacità di leggere e interpretare elaborati tecnici e disegni progettuali.
  • Disponibilità a effettuare trasferte in Italia e all'estero (circa una settimana al mese).
