Tecnico After Sales & Commissioning

Attività in capo alla figura:

Area Service/After Sales:

  • Ricevere, analizzare e gestire le segnalazioni dei clienti;
  • Individuare problematiche tecniche e coordinare le attività di troubleshooting;
  • Interfacciarsi con uffici tecnici, produzione e fornitori per la risoluzione delle criticità;
  • Monitorare e garantire la chiusura efficace delle problematiche segnalate.

Area Commissioning:

  • Gestire installazione e collaudo delle linee assegnate;
  • Monitorare lo stato avanzamento lavori;
  • Collaborare con i diversi stakeholder coinvolti nel progetto;
  • Identificare e risolvere problematiche emerse in fase di installazione o post-installazione;
  • Effettuare sopralluoghi presso i cantieri, quando necessario.

Requirements

  • Esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo;
  • Provenienza preferenziale da aziende meccaniche costruttrici di macchine/impianti su commessa;
  • Diploma tecnico;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Disponibilità a trasferte occasionali (Italia ed estero, breve/media durata);
  • Ottime capacità di problem solving e gestione delle priorità.
