Analista Tempi e Metodi

da inserire all'interno dell'organizzazione produttiva con l'obiettivo di supportare il miglioramento continuo dei processi e l'efficientamento delle performance industriali.

Principali responsabilità

La risorsa si occuperà di:

  • Analizzare i processi produttivi e rilevare i tempi di lavorazione attraverso metodologie cronometriche dedicate;
  • Definire tempi standard (STD) e individuare attività a non valore aggiunto (NVA);
  • Identificare opportunità di miglioramento in termini di produttività, qualità ed efficienza;
  • Ottimizzare layout, flussi produttivi e postazioni di lavoro;
  • Supportare l'implementazione di principi e metodologie Lean Manufacturing;
  • Monitorare le performance produttive attraverso raccolta e analisi dei dati;
  • Predisporre reportistica e dashboard a supporto della Direzione e dei responsabili di funzione;
  • Collaborare con Produzione, Industrializzazione e Responsabili di reparto per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di miglioramento continuo;
  • Formare e coinvolgere il personale nell'applicazione di nuovi metodi e procedure operative

Requirements

Requisiti richiesti

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Ingegneria Industriale o percorso equivalente;
  • Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo, preferibilmente maturata nel settore pelletteria, accessori moda o contesti manifatturieri affini;
  • Consolidata esperienza nel rilevamento tempi, analisi dei processi e ottimizzazione produttiva;
  • Conoscenza dei principi Lean Production;
  • Ottima capacità di lettura e interpretazione del disegno tecnico;
  • Buona conoscenza di Excel e degli strumenti di elaborazione dati;
  • Familiarità con software di progettazione tecnica (Autocad o equivalenti);
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

  • Spiccate capacità analitiche e di problem solving;
  • Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative;
  • Capacità di coinvolgere e motivare i team produttivi;
