Ali Professional ricerca per storica azienda operante nel settore packaging e dell’etichettatura automatica una figura di Junior Sales Account da inserire nella sede di Brugherio (MB).

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno della Direzione Commerciale e avrà la responsabilità di sviluppare il business nei mercati assegnati, gestendo clienti, distributori e partner commerciali a livello internazionale.

L'obiettivo sarà contribuire alla crescita e al consolidamento della presenza aziendale sui mercati di riferimento.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Sviluppare nuove opportunità commerciali nei mercati esteri assegnati.
  • Gestire e fidelizzare il portafoglio clienti esistente.
  • Identificare e sviluppare nuove partnership commerciali e distributive.
  • Supportare clienti e partner nelle fasi di analisi delle esigenze, elaborazione delle offerte e gestione delle trattative.
  • Collaborare con le diverse funzioni aziendali per garantire il corretto avanzamento dei progetti.
  • Monitorare trend di mercato, competitor e opportunità di sviluppo.
  • Partecipare a fiere, eventi di settore e incontri commerciali in Italia e all'estero.
  • Predisporre reportistica periodica sulle attività svolte e sui risultati raggiunti.

Requirements

  • Esperienza, anche breve, in ruoli commerciali internazionali all'interno di contesti industriali.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua spagnola.
  • Gradita conoscenza di una terza lingua (Tedesco, Russo o Francese)
  • Familiarità con CRM e principali strumenti informatici.
  • Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali e internazionali (flessibilità e disponibilità a viaggiare per almeno il 60% del proprio tempo lavorativo nelle aree assegnate)

  • Contratto di prova della durata di un anno, finalizzato all'assunzione a tempo indeterminato previo raggiungimento degli obiettivi condivisi.
