The posting

La persona Tecnico(a) de Panificación estará colaborando con nuestros clientes en la elaboración de los productos hechos con nuestra harina. Realizarán pruebas, correcciones y recomendaciones del proceso y del producto para obtener mejores resultados.

  • Será responsable de realizar y/o supervisar tareas referentes a procesos relacionados a la elaboración de productos con harinas y sus derivados, visitando clientes seleccionados, prestando y participando con sus conocimientos, de recomendaciones, correcciones y apoyo directo al cliente.
  • Llenará informes de cada una de las visitas realizadas, para reportar acciones tomadas, y procesos ejecutados, y resultados relevantes de la visita.
  • Estará a cargo, en el caso de que lo amerite, de hacer llegar las evaluaciones al laboratorio para que se adjunten a los análisis de las harinas y completar la documentación requerida.
  • Apoyará de ser necesario, con los deberes y tareas asignadas al Laboratorio de Panificación de la empresa.
  • Apoyará vendedores en rutas establecidas para la división de harinas de la Empresa, cumpliendo con los deberes y tareas asignadas a dicha posición, según solicitado y/o planificado con su supervisor.
  • Estará al pendiente y reportará cualquier cambio, movimiento, información relevante, que tenga impacto y que tenga que ver directamente con el mercado y el negocio de las harinas y sus derivados.
  • Participara de cualquier evento o actividad coordinada por la Empresa, relacionada a sus funciones y deberes como Técnico de Panificación.

Requirements

Certificado en Panificación y Repostería o experiencia laboral y conocimientos equivalentes.

Experiencia en ventas y servicio al cliente.

Habilidad para manejar sistema Microsoft.

Se requiere vehículo propio y disponibilidad para viajar.

Licencia de conducir de Puerto Rico, vigente.
