Tecnico di Laboratorio.

La figura che stiamo ricercando si occuperà di gestire il laboratorio analitico interno di Milano Fiorenza e condurre analisi chimiche su matrici acque, fanghi e rifiuti.

La risorsa riporterà al dipartimento Process O&M e collaborerà stabilmente con HSE, responsabili di sito, capi area, team R&D, ufficio acquisti e laboratori esterni accreditati, garantendo il presidio tecnico e documentale delle attività analitiche interne e di supporto ai cantieri.

Principali Responsabilità:

  • Gestione in qualità del laboratorio in conformità alle certificazioni UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, UNI EN ISO 14001:2015, UNI EN ISO 45001:2018;
  • Coordinamento con il team e le altre divisioni coinvolte (e.g. HSE) per la gestione documentale e delle attrezzature del laboratorio;
  • Gestione degli approvvigionamenti, della manutenzione e della calibrazione/taratura di apparecchiature e attrezzature, sia per il laboratorio stesso che per quanto legato al controllo analitico speditivo in campo nei vari siti;
  • Esecuzioni di analisi chimiche su matrici acqua, fanghi e rifiuti per il controllo di processo e supporto con analisi chimiche per conduzione di studi di fattibilità e prove di R&D;
  • Archiviazione ed aggiornamento delle informazioni inerenti alla gestione del sistema analitico interno;
  • Gestione dei rapporti con laboratori esterni accreditati e con i Clienti per quanto riguarda la condivisione, l’archiviazione e il commento tecnico alle analisi chimiche svolte per conto di Clienti e/o Enti;

Requirements

  • Diploma di perito chimico e/o laurea triennale in Chimica, Chimica industriale, Tecniche della prevenzione, Ingegneria chimica o percorsi affini ; Preferibile laurea magistrale in chimica con indirizzo analitico;
  • Esperienza pregressa in laboratori analitici, preferibilmente su analisi di acque, reflui, fanghi e rifiuti, con conoscenza delle procedure di qualità, gestione documentale, tracciabilità dei campioni e validazione dei risultati;
  • Ottima conoscenza dei metodi analitici UNI, EN, ISO e APAT CNR IRSA;
  • Buona conoscenza degli aspetti normativi legati ad acque, scarichi, fanghi e rifiuti, con particolare riferimento al D.Lgs. 152/06, al D.Lgs. 18/2023 ove applicabile e alle principali prescrizioni autorizzative ambientali;
  • Familiarità con i principi di project management quali gestione delle tempistiche e dei costi, possibilmente con esperienza pregressa in ambito laboratori analitici;
  • Ottima padronanza del Pacchetto Office;
  • Conoscenza di base degli impianti di trattamento delle acque industriali;
  • Buona conoscenza scritta e parlata della lingua inglese;
  • Ottime capacità analitiche e attenzione ai dettagli;
  • Eccellenti abilità di comunicazione, collaborazione e lavoro di squadra;
  • Ottima attitudine al problem-solving;
