Ali Professional, ricerca per conto di un prestigioso Polo Produttivo appartenente a una delle più iconiche Maison di Lusso internazionali, una figura di Tecnico Industrializzazione, con un focus sul mondo della Maglieria.

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno dell'hub produttivo e si occuperà dei controlli industriali, della conformità e del lancio in produzione delle collezioni di maglieria e jersey donna, lavorando a stretto contatto con l'HQ della Maison e con i partner produttivi.

Le Mansioni Principali:

  • Sviluppo e Industrializzazione: Analizzare le collezioni, i processi e le finiture durante la fase di revisione prodotto, interfacciandosi costantemente con il team di sviluppo/stile dell'HQ parigino.
  • Controllo Conformità di Serie: Validare i capi di serie verificandone la conformità tecnica, le misurazioni e la corrispondenza al prototipo industriale approvato, collaborando con i responsabili di produzione.
  • Qualità e Distinta Base: Verificare la conformità finale di prodotti, componenti e varianti colore tramite l'utilizzo del sistema gestional/PLM, mantenendo aggiornata la documentazione tecnica e le schede prodotto.
  • Monitoraggio e Problem Solving: Redigere un monitoraggio dettagliato e illustrato per ogni capo di serie, segnalando tempestivamente eventuali criticità tecniche e proponendo soluzioni correttive ed efficienti.
  • Sblocco Consegne: Garantire e autorizzare le fasi di sblocco consegna per la distribuzione business.
  • Project Management: Coordinare simultaneamente diversi progetti di industrializzazione, assicurando il supporto tecnico ai partner produttivi interni ed esterni.

Requisiti e Competenze:

  • Esperienza: Solida esperienza maturata in ruoli di Industrializzazione, Tecnico Prodotto o Sviluppo Prodotto all'interno del settore Abbigliamento / Tessile Ready-to-Wear.
  • Competenze Tecniche: Conoscenza approfondita dei processi di sviluppo, delle tecniche di confezione, della maglieria/jersey e dell'uso dei sistemi PLM.
  • Soft Skills: Eccellenti doti relazionali, capacità di negoziazione e di gestione degli stakeholders interni ed esterni. Spiccata attitudine alla gestione delle priorità, al problem solving e al lavoro per obiettivi.
  • Lingue: Padronanza della lingua Italiana e ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese. La conoscenza della lingua francese sarà considerata un plus.
  • Disponibilità: Disponibilità a trasferte frequenti in Italia e all'estero presso laboratori e partner produttivi.
