Descrizione del ruolo

La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del team di manutenzione/automazione e si occuperà della gestione, calibrazione, manutenzione e diagnostica degli strumenti di campo, oltre al supporto alle attività su sistemi di automazione industriale. Il candidato ideale possiede esperienza nel settore industriale e familiarità con sistemi di controllo Honeywell e/o piattaforme equivalenti (DCS, PLC, SCADA)

. Responsabilità principali

  • Eseguire manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria su strumenti di misura (pressione, temperatura, portata, livello, analizzatori, valvole di controllo)
  • Effettuare calibrazioni, verifiche metrologiche e compilazione della relativa reportistica
  • Diagnosi e risoluzione guasti su strumentazione di processo e sistemi di comunicazione (4-20 mA, HART, Fieldbus, Modbus)
  • Supporto alle attività su sistemi di automazione, in particolare:
  • Honeywell DCS (o simili)
  • altri sistemi di automazione
  • Collaborare con il reparto automazione per modifiche a logiche, configurazioni e parametri
  • Redazione di documentazione tecnica, schede di intervento, report di manutenzione

Requirements

Formazione

  • Diploma tecnico (Elettronica, Elettrotecnica, Automazione, Meccatronica) o equivalente
  • Gradita laurea triennale in ingegneria dell’automazione o simili

Esperienza 2–3 anni in ruolo analogo in contesti industriali (chimico, energetico, oil & gas, farmaceutico o manifatturiero)

Competenze tecniche

  • Ottima conoscenza della strumentazione di campo e dei relativi protocolli
  • Esperienza con sistemi DCS/PLC, preferibilmente Honey Well
  • Conoscenza di base di SCADA, reti industriali e sistemi di comunicazione
  • Capacità di interpretare P\&ID, loop diagram, wiring diagram
