📌 Manutentore Tecnico Service

per conto di una prestigiosa multinazionale leader mondiale nel settore delle macchine edili compatte e delle attrezzature per il cantiere.

Principali Responsabilità:

La risorsa entrerà a far parte del pilastro strategico della divisione Service, operando sia in officina interna sia sul campo per garantire massimi standard di efficienza e supporto tecnico ai clienti e alla rete di dealer autorizzati.

Le principali attività che andrà a svolgere saranno le seguenti:

  • Effettuare interventi di diagnostica, manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria, e riparazione meccanica, idraulica ed elettronica sui mezzi del portfolio aziendale.
  • Gestire la ricerca guasti complessa attraverso l'uso di software diagnostici proprietari e strumenti digitali di ultima generazione.
  • Operare sia presso l'officina centrale della filiale di Bologna sia in trasferta presso i clienti/cantieri, utilizzando il furgone aziendale attrezzato.
  • Collaborare strettamente con l'area tecnica e commerciale per garantire standard di eccellenza nel post-vendita.
  • Dimostrare flessibilità e versatilità negli interventi sia su macchine pesanti/compatte sia sulla tecnologia del calcestruzzo e attrezzature leggere.

Requirements

Competenze e requisiti richiesti:

  • Formazione: Diploma o qualifica ad indirizzo tecnico (Meccanico, Meccatronico, Elettronico o equivalente).
  • Esperienza: Consolidata esperienza nella manutenzione di macchine movimento terra, macchine agricole, carrelli elevatori o veicoli industriali/pesanti.
  • Competenze tecniche: Solide competenze in ambito oleodinamico, elettrico, meccanico ed elettronico; dimestichezza con l'utilizzo di PC e sistemi di diagnostica digitale.
  • Soft Skills: Flessibilità operativa, forte attitudine al problem solving e orientamento al cliente.
  • Mobilità: Patente B e disponibilità a brevi trasferte sul territorio.
