Ali Professional ricerca per importante realtà leader nel settore del trattamento e della distribuzione dell’acqua la figura di:

Tecnico Service Interno

per il potenziamento dell'area Service e Post Vendita, presso la sede di Rivergaro (PC).

La risorsa sarà il punto di riferimento tecnico per un supporto telefonico, dall'azienda, nelle attività di installazione,

collaudo, manutenzione e diagnosi guasti sugli impianti per il trattamento delle acque.

L'attività si svolgerà prevalentemente dalla sede di Rivergaro attraverso supporto tecnico telefonico e analisi delle

problematiche impiantistiche, con sporadici interventi presso clienti e centri di assistenza tecnica distribuiti sul territorio

nazionale.

Attività:

  • Fornire supporto tecnico telefonico durante le attività di installazione, avviamento e collaudo degli impianti;
  • Supportare i Centri di Assistenza Tecnica e i clienti nella diagnosi e risoluzione di anomalie e guasti;
  • Analizzare problematiche tecniche di natura elettrica, elettromeccanica e idraulica;
  • Fornire consulenza tecnica relativa a ricambi, manutenzioni e miglioramenti impiantistici;
  • Collaborare alla definizione di codici tecnici, distinte base e documentazione di supporto;
  • Partecipare, in maniera occasionale, ad attività di sopralluogo, collaudo e assistenza presso i clienti.

Requirements

  • Diploma tecnico ad indirizzo elettrotecnico, elettromeccanico, meccanico o termotecnico;
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in attività di service, collaudo, manutenzione o assistenza tecnica su impianti;
  • Capacità di lettura e interpretazione di schemi elettrici e idraulici;
  • Competenze elettriche, elettromeccaniche e idrauliche;
  • Buone capacità di analisi e problem solving tecnico;
  • Attitudine alla relazione con clienti e operatori tecnici;
