Serás encargado de asegurar el control administrativo, financiero y documental de los servicios de telecomunicaciones y movilidad, garantizando que la información de facturación, bases de datos, reportes y procesos esté actualizada, conciliada y disponible para la operación y la toma de decisiones.

Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 08:00 am a 06:00 pm.

Ubicación: Av. Salvador Nava Martínez, Colinas del Parque, San Luis Potosí, S.L.P.

Requirements

  • Ingeniería en Sistemas, Software, Informática, Ciencias de la Computación o carrera afín (Titulado.pasante)
  • Inglés mínimo B2, ideal C1 ( se realiza evaluación)
  • 2 años de experiencia en actividades similares

Experiencia en:

  • Operaciones financieras,
  • Conocimientos en herramientas contables
  • Detección de inconsistencias contables
  • Operaciones de telecomunicaciones o funciones administrativas/de manejo de datos similares.
  • Habilidades de análisis y gestión de datos.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Excel y herramientas de manejo de información.
  • Familiaridad con iValua (Compass).

RESPONSABILIDADES / ACTIVIDADES A DESARROLLAR

● Descarga y organización de facturas de proveedores.

● Actualización y mantenimiento de bases de datos internas para soporte de reportes y tableros.

● Creación y seguimiento de Recepciones de Mercancía (GR) en SAP.

● Monitoreo y seguimiento de alertas de sobreconsumo de datos provenientes de proveedores de Canadá.

● Apoyo en la creación de reportes y consolidación de información.

● Desarrollo y mantenimiento de documentación de procesos y procedimientos operativos estándar.
